MATERIALS WE CAST
We manufacture in most engineering metals, particularly the Carbon and Low Alloy Steels, Stainless Steels, Bronzes, Gunmetal and Aluminium Alloys.
Our size range varies from a casting weighing a few grams up to one of 6kg and we have a capacity of casting 4 tonnes per week.
Our sales team are more than happy to help advise you what specifications can be cast and can help tailor a material to suit your requirements.
SERVICES WE PROVIDE
At Salisbury Investment Castings Ltd, we are able to provide you with a complete service. We can take care of all your tool-making requirements and are also able to provide you with a fully finished part.
Apart from heat treatment, machining
or finishing processes like plating or polishing, we also offer rapid prototyping using 3D printed waxes.
We are fully accredited to ISO 9001, and offer a full traceability service as part of our quality procedures, which includes material analysis and certificates of conformance. We can provide destructive and non-destructive testing.
